Vinyl Buying Guidelines

All records must have a jacket/cover and be free of mold.

We do not buy 78’s, Big Band, Classical, or Time Life/ Readers digest box sets.

For collections over 200 LPs please call the shop before bringing them in.

We try to turn around all LPs in 48 hours, but processing times vary based on the size of the collection, time dropped off, and amount of buys we have ahead of you. Our main buyer is usually in Tuesday – Saturday.

We offer 20% more for your used vinyl in-store credit than in cash. We donate unwanted vinyl to the Boulder Humane Society Thrift shop, KGNU Radio, and Goodwill. All unclaimed vinyl will be donated after 10 days. All unclaimed trade credits will expire after 6 months (credit on gift cards does not expire).

CD Buying Guidelines

As of 8/8/24 we are temporarily not buying CDs until we move through our current stock. We will still accept CD donations.
